Conquer Cravings, Drop Pounds, and Lose Inches

The Cinch Plan is a 30 day plan that includes a 5 day, 5 food fast forward option to jump start your weight loss.

The plan seems simple enough.

There are three rules:

1. Eat like clockwork: eat breakfast within one hour of waking up, and space other meals evenly (three to five hours apart)

2. Think 5 pieces 4 times a day:
Produce
Whole grain
Lean protein
Plant based fat
Seasonings

3. Make flavor your focus
By using Slimming and Satiating Seasonings (SASS)
These include:
Vinegar
Citrus juice and zest
Hot peppers
Tea
Herbs and spices
